Founded in 2008 by Matt and Shelby Baugh in Gainesville, Texas, Done Right Welding & Construction started as a small operation with a mission to do things the right way—with faith, integrity, and hard work.

In 2015, the company moved to a 4-acre facility just east of town, and in 2024, added a second shop to support continued growth and customer demand.

Over time, the business naturally evolved into two focused operations:

- Done Right Welding, specializing in structural steel welding and fabrication.

- Done Right Construction, managing commercial construction projects across the US.

Today, we continue to expand capabilities through a commitment to hands-on learning, industry-leading technology, and team growth, while staying true to our roots as a family-led, faith-driven business.
